The sports club "Hvan Man-Gym" was formed in 1996 on the basis of secondary school No. 19 of the "Dustlik" school (Political Department) of the Yukorichirchik district of the Tashkent region.

The club was created and is directed by Hvan Grigory Mangymovich, USSR Master of Sports in table tennis.
Training took place in the school gym after all classes. The tables and equipment in the club were the best in the country from the Japanese company Butterfly. In 2000, Grigory Mangymovich built a permanent table tennis hall and a gym for the club.
Over the years of the sports club's existence, two athletes have achieved the standard of Master of Sports of International Class, 15 athletes have achieved the standard of Master of Sports of Uzbekistan, Kenjaev Zakhid and Inoyatova Manzura have won Olympic Games Licenses for the country. 6 athletes have become champions of Uzbekistan, winners of all school Spartakiads "Umid Nihollari", winners and prize-winners of "Barkamol Avlod" and Universiades. The men's team is the winner of the Uzbekistan Cup for the last 7 years, Champion of the Open Team Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2012 and 2016. The women's team is the winner and prize-winner of the Uzbekistan Cup for the last 7 years.
The club is attended by talented athletes from all districts of the Tashkent region and other regions. The club invites foreign specialists to work with talented athletes and to gain experience for our coaches. In particular, the club employed the Honored Coach of the USSR Ilya Matveevich Freger, who has experience working with the national teams of the USSR, Ukraine and Qatar.
Today, the club employs the following coaches: Tsoi Georgy, Karimov Anvar, Ismoilova Aliye, Ibragimova Ainur, Alimbaeva Aida, Imambaeva Nursulu
